• Estimates are non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties.
• By scheduling a consultation, you represent that you are the property owner or have authority to initiate work on the premises.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or collection action.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project
• Ensure access to the job site on the scheduled date(s)
• Maintain a safe work environment free from hazards or obstructions

We are not responsible for delays caused by customer inaction or inaccurate information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Crown Moulding Guys is not liable for:
